As you can tell my sporadic posting this year, even though I promised myself (and you guys!) I would be back to blogging at least semi-regularly, things have been a bit up in the air. Work has been crazy due to many, many changes in the last 8 months. While I have a blast at work, it is also very stressful and draining at times. We were not willing to comprise much in our house search which is why it probably took us almost 2 years to find a home. Our criteria was at least a 3 bedroom, 2 bath home with a pretty open floor plan and at least a 1/4 of an acre lot.
