time for fall – grapevine wreath

I tried to not waste any time going from Halloween to “Fall” decor. South Florida really has no Fall but I should probably retire the bat wreath for a something a bit more in line with Thanksgiving. 

When I was wandering around Micheal’s right before Halloween they were having a super sale and I had a great coupon to go along with it. I bought these three mini grapevine wreaths and fake flower/seed things for under $4. Score!

So I didn’t find a huge wreath but that doesn’t mean it can’t look good on my big white door. These three can be assembled together and I knew they would look just as nice as a large one. 

I attached the seed things with hot glue and a bit of fishing twine. One stem on each mini-wreath.

Then I used a piece of ribbon to do a loose tie between the wreaths. I made the ribbon twist a bit so add some detail.

I added a loop on the top wreath to use to display them off of the nail on my door.

Simple, cute and super cheap!
