You know when life gets away from your and you can’t seem to get a handle on things? Isn’t it great, when you get back into your normal routine? Even if it takes awhile and the whole time leading up to it sucks, once you fall back into that routine, everything sort of falls into place again and you feel great. I’m back. And Tuesday Crush is back, too!
Maybe I’m just daydreaming about bathroom renovations but I’m obsessed with shaped tiles right now. I don’t know how long some of these trends might last but I still like dreaming about them. Here are a few of my favorites.
I love the hexagon tiles on the floor. This is very classic look but still gives the room great detail.

Moroccan shaped tile. I keep seeing this pop up on Pinterest and I have to say, I love the color and the shape.
Diamond shaped tile. I’m not a fan of this specific color but the shape would be great in a bathroom or as a kitchen backsplash.
I’m not sure I’d ever use these but they could be so fun in a small space. Image them in one color with a matching grout.
I don’t love the bathroom overall, but the bubble tile on the floor would make an interesting element in a modern bathroom.
What do you think about shaped tile? Do you have any in your house? Any plans to incorporate it or do you think it is too trendy?

we have no lovely tiles at the moment, but i know whenever we redo the kitchen i want to do a fun backsplash- i have had my eye on those moroccan ones for-like-evah!
I have white hexagon tiles in my boys bathroom- with white grout! WTH was I thinking. Loved the look prior to dirty boys!
I love the floor tile in that bathroom in the first photo. We will have two bathrooms to tile next spring (hopefully!) and I’m thinking at least one of them will have a similarly shaped tile. Also, I love the green dishes against the blue of the walls in the second photo. Thanks for the inspiration!
I love shaped tile. Especially in white or neutral tones. It is interesting without being overwhelming.
