After almost 2 years of searching we finally found our first home in a great little neighborhood. We were looking for something we could put our mark on that still had some old Florida charm to it…a fixer-upper with lots of character. We found this quaint looking beauty the same day the listing hit the market and thanks to our amazing realtor had our offer in within hours. With a simple twist of fate, our offer was accepted within days and we started this journey into home ownership. Now we’ll share these adventures with you.

Thankfully, the work needed in the house is mostly cosmetic as the roof, electrical and air conditioner are all new and in great condition. First plan of attack is to rip out the 40 year-old carpet and curtains, refinish the existing hardwoods and say goodbye to these horrendous kitchen cabinets!
