During my sanity break a couple of weeks ago, I picked up this little mid-century modern wine cabinet at a thrift store. The formica was beat up everywhere and it needed help but it was only $18 so I brought it home.
I cleaned and primed the entire piece. I also removed the metal thingy that was inside the cabinet. I used Benjamin Moore Platinum in a satin finish on the inside and outside except the doors. The doors ended up with just a regular white satin from BM that I had on hand from when I painted our office file cabinets.
I put the piece in our front living room so when the hubby got home from work he would notice. He liked it too.

What an amazing job you did. I love mid century pieces and although the puritans can’t handle the idea of it being painted I adore it.
