pretty packaging – as easy as it gets

May 21, 2012 5 Comments

Hope you all had a good weekend! We kept it low key for the most part. Next weekend we get back into the swing of renovations. Everyone needs a break, right?! I hope so because since we hosted the baby shower in December we have slacked…even more so with all the changes in my life.

I love giving gifts and I love the wrapping almost as much as the gifts themselves. We had a bunch of festivities this past weekend including a baptism and two three year birthdays so wrapping the gifts was a priority. After spending tons of time playing on Pinterest, I settled on kraft paper and washi tape.
For a last minute wrapping job, I love the final product.

I used these To and From stamps I bought at West Elm with white ink on the craft paper. I love the contrast between the white ink and the paper.

Have you tried any different wrapping ideas lately??

Super fun tape! I love kraft paper as wrap, have been using it for all of my gifts for years! The tape is a fun addition!

    I haven’t but I saw a cute one.
The gift was in a vintage glass jar, buried under little silk flowers – adorable.

That’s so cute! All of my gifts are generic and horribly wrapped. I really need to start putting more effort into them! 😉
