A few months back, a bunch of bloggers were receiving a stash of the new Martha Stewart craft paint and stencil collection. I will admit, I was insanely jealous. A ton of free paint, stencils and tools to try out. Are you serious? Why can't I be a big blog and get those?Instead, I relied on my trusty coupons from Michaels and ended up with my own little stash. Okay, so it wasn't free and didn't show up on my doorstep without ordering but I'm fine with that. Alright, alright, maybe I do want free … [Read more...]

Have you taken a look at my sponsor section over on the right side of the page? Notice anything different? Last week, I added my first sponsor but he doesn't really count since I pretty much forced him to. RM Pottery sponsors other blogs so why not mine? Wives should get special treatment too!But do you see that new button right next to it though? These folks were not strong-armed in any way or form. Promise. I also used a nail gun instead of screws. That was fun.Click on the link below for her full tutorial and material list. My post is … [Read more...]
thankful for bloggy friends – award time
Erin at His and Hers and Kate at Craft Whatever were sweet enough to give me two special blog awards recently.Erin granted me The Versatile Blogger award. Kate granted me Liebster Blog award. So very nice of both of them. Unfortunately, I've been so busy with other stuff not blog related and haven't had a chance to pass these along to other deserving bloggers. Even though that has been the case, it doesn't mean that I'm not grateful that they were so kind enough to think of me. Thanks again to … [Read more...]
