Most of these might have come from the actual listing and our first walk through. What can’t be captured in these photos is the overwhelming filth (dirt, dust and overall grime) that caked every surface of this house, the termite damage and the smell of dirty neglected house. The previous owners were elderly snowbirds that did not maintain the house at all.

I look back at these photos and I can’t believe how much we’ve done since December 21st, 2010. I can’t wait to see what it will look like December 21st, 2011.
